Learning German

If you’re considering working as a nurse in Germany, learning German is an essential step on your journey. To travel to Germany as a nurse, achieving B1 proficiency is required, while reaching B2 level is necessary to become a registered nurse. Lancesoft guides and supports the candidates throughout the language learning process. Embracing the German language not only enables smoother integration but also enhances your work experience, making it more enjoyable and fulfilling.

How long will it take to pass the B1 and B2 exams?

Learning a language is unique to each person and exact timelines are therefore difficult to predict. It usually takes around 6-12 months of study before one could be ready to take B1 exam. Completing B2 course should take another 4-6 months. Overall, it will depend on overall preparation and dedication to studies.

Is it mandatory to pass the B1 exam prior to arriving in Germany?

Yes, candidates are required to pass the B1 exam before arriving in Germany. They will also be required to study as much B2 course as possible prior to arriving in order to shorten the time to take B2 exam once they’re in Germany. Once they pass B2 (and on successful completion of Qualification Recognition course and exam), they’ll become a Registered Nurse, who earns more than a Nurse Assistant, hence increasing their chances to stay in Germany in long-term.

How Lancesoft will help in your learning?

After successful completion of the language program, including B1/B2 certification, and upon arrival in Germany, the candidate will be reimbursed for the cost of the program inclusive of any administrative costs which were borne by them and will be reimbursed in full upon their arrival in Germany.
